Barb

BIO OF BARB

When asked what her "passion" is, she always says... kids. When asked what her talent is, she always says... creativity, organization, communication, and writing. And ends with the same statement all the time... "Love it, love it, love it!"

Definitely a "late bloomer", after raising her family, Barb started working with a large national electronics firm and quickly moved to being the right-hand of the president of the company, Paul Ginther.

Only a short time later they decided they would partner up and start their own business, a Sales and Marketing Company that would use the talents of both of them.

The goal was not to manage people but to do what they loved to do with the people they loved to do business with. So she moved from right-hand to partner.

Her talents were quickly used to aid in writing of newspaper ads, radio scripts, brochures, business plans and much more. She set up the organization's sales procedures and organization plus worked with clients on local and national advertising campaigns.

"It's probably the most rewarding and self-satisfying job there is. Probably because I have such a great boss....ME!" , she states.

She believes that we all have different roles to play in life and that we are responsible to do the best we can at each one. Whether it's family, business, or personal, people are watching and learning from us.

When asked what her favorite role is she quickly answered.... "I love work and I love dealing with people but, hands down, its Grandma."
